These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Digital Lynx website, located at https://lynxweb.eu, as well as the purchase and use of our digital services.

By accessing this website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website or services.

1. Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and all agreements:

  • “Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to the individual or entity using this website or purchasing services.

  • “The Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Digital Lynx Web Designer.

  • “Services” refers to all digital services provided by Digital Lynx, including but not limited to development, graphic design, consulting, SEO, performance analysis, automation, and support.

  • “Hour Packs” refers to prepaid packages of service hours purchased through the website or via direct agreement.

All terms are interchangeable in singular/plural form and gender usage.

2. Cookies

We use cookies to improve user experience and website functionality. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property & License

Unless otherwise stated, all content, materials, designs, text, and code on this website are the intellectual property of Digital Lynx and/or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material

  • Reproduce or redistribute content without written permission

4. Services & Hour Packs

4.1 Nature of Services

Digital Lynx provides professional digital services including development, graphic design, performance optimization, SEO, consulting, and related support.

We commit to applying our expertise, experience, and best practices to deliver the best possible outcome for every project. However, due to the nature of digital work, specific results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

4.2 Hour Packs

  • Hour Packs are prepaid and used for any supported service.

  • Hours are deducted based on actual time spent working on the Client’s requests.

  • Services are delivered during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Hourly Rates

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Development services: €80 per hour

  • Graphic & design services: €70 per hour

Rates may change in the future but will not affect already purchased hour packs.

4.4 Usage & Expiration

  • Hour Packs are non-refundable.

  • Unused hours do not convert to cash.

  • Hour Packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Hours are not transferable to third parties.

4.5 Scope of Work

Requests outside the reasonable scope of the purchased services may require additional hours or a separate agreement.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made in advance.

  • Once a service or hour pack is purchased, no refunds are provided.

  • In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, Digital Lynx may, at its discretion, offer credit or alternative solutions.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, and approvals in a timely manner

  • Ensure they have rights to all materials provided

  • Respond reasonably to requests required to proceed with the work

Delays caused by missing input or approvals may affect timelines without liability to Digital Lynx.

7. Best Effort Commitment

Digital Lynx commits to acting in good faith and applying professional care, experience, and dedication to every service provided.

While we do everything reasonably possible to achieve the best result, the Client acknowledges that digital services depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

8. Comments & User Content

Users may post comments where permitted. Digital Lynx reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

By posting content, you grant Digital Lynx a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and display such content.

9. Hyperlinking & iFrames

Third-party linking is permitted only as described in these Terms. No use of our logo or branding is allowed without prior written consent. Framing our website without permission is prohibited.

10. Content Liability

We are not responsible for content appearing on third-party websites that link to or reference us. You agree to indemnify Digital Lynx against claims arising from your website or content.

11. Privacy

12. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify these Terms at any time

  • Request removal of links to our website

  • Refuse service at our discretion if misuse or abuse is detected

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all warranties relating to the website and services

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
